Member  of the Board of Directors since 2017. A former Marine Corps Supply Officer and a Navy Program Manager for Logistics supporting a major ship-building program. Retired Defense Consultant. Currently working with the State Water Board, Oxnard, Ventura County, and  CIBCSD to introduce one-time baseline water testing of our dwindling underground sources of drinking water. Graduated from Villanova University in Pre-Law, an MS in Systems Management from La Verne University, and extensive course work in HAZMAT Management from UCSB.  Married to Pam Nast and have five children, thirteen grandchildren, and two dogs.
