Channel Islands Beach Community Services District has a staff of 8 individuals. In addition to the General Manager, the staff is generally divided into field staff and office staff.

Peter Martinez, General Manager

Pete Martinez is a longtime Oxnard resident that has spent much of his professional career working in the local public sector. Pete began his career working for the City of Port Hueneme followed by 18 years with the City of Oxnard working as a manager in the City’s Public Works Department.

Jesus "Chuy" Navarro has been a resident of Oxnard his entire life. After getting a chance to work in the public sector through Oxnard City Corps, Jesus generated interest in the water industry working for the City of Oxnard's Water Division for 16 years running water distribution operations.
